Solid Edge Sheet Metal Training

Solid Edge Sheet Metal focuses on making the user aware of the potential uses of production level sheet metal design in ordered and synchronous environments. The course focuses on sheet metal design tools, from the creation of simple sheet metal folded parts to the adding of deformation features and the subsequent creation of flat pattern blanks and 2D drawings.
At course completion, students will have learned how to utilize Solid Edge to design production level sheet metal parts. They will also be familiar with the Solid Edge user interface, reference planes, profile/sketching tools and flat pattern drawing creation.
